マイクロ圧力計は、気体または液体において立ち上げ時間が数ナノ秒の場合の、高周波圧力の変化を測定するための装置です。この変換器は爆撃波の測定または衝撃管実験にお勧めします。変換器は簡単に壁にマウントすることができます。この計測器はほとんど振動信号の影響を受けません。予期しない振動が発生している場合、プラスチックの覆い（ナイロン、delrin）をかけることをお勧めします。（2台の変換器のマウントセットについては、 No.100-200-0 の項目を参照）精度の高い部品はシリコン・ラバーでおおい、温度変化、閃光などの短時間の環境変化からプローブを守ります。センサーのチャージ信号を記録するには、チャージ増幅器で増幅し、比例出力電圧に変換しなければなりません。高圧力信号および低圧力信号の場合、1Mオーム入力への直接接続が可能です。
